Assured Mental & Physical Health provides psychiatric services for ages 12 and older for anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, mood disorders and bipolar disorder.
Our provider is also specialty trained for maternal and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD)!
We also provide exceptional service at your convenience by treating minor medical services such as sinus infections, colds, ear infections and much more.
