Sandtrail Feet, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Sandtrail has over 17 years of experience working in healthcare. She initially received her Associates in Nursing and started her nursing journey working in a level 1 trauma center. She received her Masters in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in Family Nurse Practitioner and post master's certificate in psychiatric mental health from Wilkes University. She has worked in a variety of health settings to include medical claims and billing, emergency room, step down trauma unit, urgent care, retail clinic and correctional facilities.

At Assured Mental & Physical Health, we treat not only the physical body but the mind as well. We're here for assessment, diagnosis and treatment for many mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD , OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), and bipolar disorder from ages 12 and older.
Our Provider is also trained in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD), Reproductive psychiatry and Maternal mental health.
